• Essential oil blend with ginger, peppermint, and cinnamon essential extracts.
• Dilute four drops of the blend in 4 ounces of water.
• Kick Start can be used up to two times a day. We recommend starting with once daily, and depending on your body, increasing to two times daily.
• Glass containers are preferred when drinking your Kick Start blend to maintain and protect your drinkware. Do not use with plastic drinkware.
• This blend does not contain a carrier oil. It can also be diffused or applied to the palm for aromatherapy.
• Mix a few drops with Fractionated Coconut Oil for targeted aromatherapy or massage.
